A 10-year-old boy on Wednesday drowned after falling into a stream in Jugudu village in Giade Local Government Area of Bauchi State.
Barely a week ago, the Police Public Relations Officer,

five different rivers across the state, warning the residents to be
cautious of their movement around river banks and drainage in the state.
The 10-year-old victim, Bello Abdul, according to the PPRO, in a statement in Bauchi on Thursday, was rushed to the hospital but was certified dead by a medical doctor.
He said: “On the 19/8/2015 (Wednesday) at about 12:00hrs (12noon), one Bello Abdul, male, (10) of Tudun Maje in Giade LGA of Bauchi State, fell into a stream in Jugudu Village and got drowned.
