Guardiola: Why I Started, Removed Iheanacho Vs Man United Read more at.................

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says he started Nigeria international Kelechi Iheanacho in Saturday’s 2-1 win against local rivals Manchester United to prove to his players that he wanted to win the game.
The 19-year-old was handed a starting role in the side due to the absence of Argentine forward Sergio Aguero who is serving a three match ban for elbowing an opponent.
Iheanacho repaid his manager’s faith in him by providing an assist for City’s opening goal scored by Kevin de Bruyne before scoring the winner.
“He was the only striker we had in that moment. I thought about many options – but I thought in the beginning to show my players that I came to win the game,” the Spaniard said in his post-match interview.
.
The young Nigerian was however substituted in the second half and the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich boss explained it was done to curtail the threat of Manchester United.
“In the second half we started poorly – they had many crosses. We had the ball, then lost the ball. Had the ball – lost the ball,” Guardiola said.
“In the second half United pushed a lot. The substitutions from my colleague were really good.
“They played long balls and diagonals to win and it was almost impossible.
“Fernando was the key player in the second half for us.”

Ladies : If A Man Tells You Any Of These words, Run for your Life

I saw this piece which I consider funny and I thought it wise to share, of course this must have been written by a lady…………. It doesn’t matter how much of a gentleman he has been up until that point: if a man you’re getting to know at a bar, on a date, or online says any of these lines, run —before he breaks your heart, or gives you the overwhelming urge to slap him.

2 Kinds of $ex Every Woman Enjoys.....[ADULTS ONLY]

1. Spontaneous se x: Remember, women love to feel se xually wanted and desired by their partners — and nothing says desire like spur-of-the-moment se x on the living room stairs. Unplanned, spontaneous love-making increases the lust factor by showing your partner that your attraction for her trumps everything else. Turn her on by telling her you need to have her right there and then, no matter the time or the place. And depending where you decide to get busy, the possibility of getting caught can also bring added excitement. In fact, a study published in the Journal of Se xual Medicine reported that having sex in public is one of the top fantasies among women.

2. Rough se x: Most women, every now and then, want to be se xually dominated by their partner. It appeals (once again) to her need to be se xually desired — so desired he can’t help but ravish her (with her permission, of course). Engaging in a little power play can be a fun and exhilarating way to explore kink in the bedroom. First and foremost, make sure she wants to play rough, and outline boundaries to ensure that you both feel safe. Then, pull a little hair, do a little spanking, and even bust out the blindfold and handcuffs if you’re feeling adventurous. Revel in the pure lust this type of se x is driven by, indulge in animalistic passion, and go ahead…get a little loud.

Follow these tips, and your lady will thank you. Men try to figure it out, but many don’t get it. Does she want candles lit for romantic lighting, or candle wax dripped on her nipples? Ladies; See 4 Reasons to have $ex on your Period (While She’s Menstruating)

1. It helps relieve cramps: There’s no reason to stop having se.x just because you have your period. In fact, it’s a great time to have it. “The biochemical released in your system will help alleviate cramping and aches. S.ex is a natural pain reliever and can lessen pain symptoms up to 70%!” says love and se.x coach Kim Anami.
2. It acts as an anti-depressant.: “Furthermore, according to Paul Zak, PhD, a researcher at Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California, the higher your oxytocin, the higher your happiness and well-being, at least for women,” says Sneider.
 3. It increases in.timacy: Don’t feel awkward about the mess, se.x is messy (in general!) and for some couples overcoming the mess and breaking down the barriers can lead to increased intimacy and enjoyment, helping you feel closer to your partner, says Sneider.
4. The s.ex is hotter: Your hormones are out of control this time of month, and as messy as your period may be, it leads to extra lubrication, better pelvic muscle tone and increased elasticity – all spelling way more fun in the sack, says Dr. Susan Lin, an obstetrics gynecological surgeon and founder ofMD Products.

OAP Freeze writes open letter to Tiwa Savage

OAP Freeze wrote an open letter to Tiwa Savage following revelations she made yesterday in an interview about her marriage to Teebillz. Read what he wrote below...

Dear Tiwa,
I have nothing but love for you, but after I watched all 45 mins of your interview.... ..Tiwa, I know it hurts when a relationship breaks down, and those accusations T Billz made were extremely hurtful, nonetheless, I believe you could have employed caution when responding, since according to you, he was unstable and suicidal.
In law, if for instance, you walk in on your man in bed with another woman and you shoot him on the spot, you could get a lighter sentence, if your legal counsel argues provocation. On the flip side, if you walk out of the scene to get a gun and then launch an attack, it's now considered premeditated.
The fact that you granted a 'pitch perfect' interview, with a flawless visual background and superb audio quality, in my opinion looks a bit premeditated.

If you had denied all his accusations and asked to swear on ayelala or amadioha or sango as against the lie detector test, since on no instance has a polygraph ever been used in Nigeria, and if afterwards you had requested for privacy, as you deal with such a sensitive issue, this matter would have been laid to rest. How are you going to tell Nigerians not to talk about issues you 'used your own hand' to make public? This could only serve to further delay your healing.

Even though my prayer is for your issues to be resolved and for joy to return to your home, the breakdown of a marriage is not the end of the world, I have been through it and my world did not end. However, do you realize that the interview you gave could lead to the end of TJ's world? Who is now going to hire, work with, or have any business dealings with an unstable, adulterous, fraudulent, cocaine sniffer who cannot manage money and has his priorities misplaced? Whether you like it or not, that is what the interview has delineated him to be. In furtherance to this, if he was suicidal before, this interview is only going to make him even more suicidal!

I know you both love Jamil so in all this drama, lets be very careful to shield him, as the Internet never forgets and his friends and classmates will always have his father's tweets along with your interview as points of reference.
